Jennifer is absolutely one of the best agents I have ever worked with and I've bought quite a few homes over the years! She goes above and beyond what I would expect, is incredibly knowledge about all things related to real estate whether its contracts, market trends, pricing, processes, etc. Jennifer works very hard and understands that in today's market, time is of the essence and so she was incredibly responsive and supportive even at later hours in the evening and holidays. She also anticipates potential challenges in advance and many times pointed out things or gave us information on things I would not have even known to think about or ask for! She's very knowledgeable on the market and trends in the market in all the surrounding areas and was able to provide a lot of data and perspective on these subjects. I will also say that I can be very scattered sometimes myself with a pretty intense career and very busy life in general so I really appreciated Jennifer staying on top of things at all times (even when I wasn't!) and staying on top of me when I needed her to! And I mean that in nothing but a positive way because Jennifer is not pushy like some agents can be and took a lot of time getting to understand our family's needs in terms of budget, size, area, condition of the home, etc. and never pushed us to consider anything outside of what would be considered our "dream home." She's an excellent listener and I felt like it was very helpful to talk through our options with her and get her opinions and perspective on many things because as anyone who has bought a home knows, it can sometimes be a frustrating experience especially in the super-competitive market around here. Jennifer always encouraged us to not settle on something just because we were getting anxious and reminded us that our perfect home is out there and to be patient. I can't tell you how helpful it was to have that support. As Jennifer has a great reputation in the area and has a lot of established relationships with a lot of professionals in related businesses, she was able to refer me to specific people for our mortgage, among other services, (not just a referral to a company her firm partners with either) and I ended up going with that person/mortgage company because they had all the same qualities I am talking about with Jennifer. On top of all that I've said with respect to Jennifer's service as an agent, I also want to say that she is just a great person in general and truly cares about people. It's been really fun working with her and I wouldn't just call her my agent now.....I'd call her a friend. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of an agent, to work with Jennifer.....I promise you, you'll be VERY glad you did!
